The 35-square-meter apartment on the 2nd floor features a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a cozy living area with satellite TV, and a double bed for restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The attached balcony is located on the first floor and is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The apartment is ideal for two people. Upon request, an additional person can stay on the sleeper sofa for an extra charge. Welcome to our idyllically located vacation farm—your haven of well-being in the heart of the Bavarian Forest! Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Bavarian Forest aktivCard—completely free of charge and with numerous included benefits for your vacation. Surrounded by meadows and forests, far away from traffic, you can enjoy peace, nature, and pure relaxation here with us. The charming vacation village of Sankt Englmar is only about 5 km away and is easily accessible. Our property is the perfect starting point for numerous recreational and sports activities: Right in the surrounding area, you’ll find beautiful hiking trails, varied mountain bike routes, a summer toboggan run, the fascinating treetop walk, as well as perfectly groomed ski slopes and toboggan runs. Our cozy, well-furnished vacation apartments offer you comfort with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, a full set of kitchen utensils, shower/toilet, satellite TV, radio, and a balcony. For moments of relaxation, you’ll also find a sauna (for a fee), a lounge with a play area, a table tennis room, a sunny terrace with a barbecue fireplace, a large playground with a trampoline, and free Wi-Fi—here, families, active vacationers, and those seeking relaxation will find exactly what they’re looking for. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: The tourist tax of 2.30 EUR per person/night (ages 16 and up) and 1.40 EUR per person/night (ages 6–15) will be charged on-site. Payment is due in cash upon arrival or, upon request, in advance via bank transfer. A maximum of 4 pets are allowed for a fee of 35 EUR per pet. The communal pool is available only during the summer months from June through August. The apartments are not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator. Electric car charging costs 0.50 EUR/kW and will be billed on-site based on usage. Sauna (bookable separately, for private use): 15 EUR per use (3 hours). A baby crib can be provided free of charge upon request. An extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
