Accomodo London South Kensington - Elegant 3 Bedroom Apartments near Museums

The location was excellent. There were plenty of great coffee shops, restaurants, and food options all within walking distance, and the Tube station was only a few minutes away, making it easy to get around London. It was a fantastic base for exploring the city.

We stayed during a heatwave, and unfortunately the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. As the property is spread over three levels, the bedrooms on the top floor became extremely hot and uncomfortable. The hosts did provide plenty of fans, which we appreciated, but they weren’t enough to cool the rooms in those temperatures. The apartment is in a lively area, which is great during the day, but it does mean there is quite a bit of noise from the nearby restaurants late into the evening. On some nights it was well past midnight before things quietened down, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. One minor inconvenience was that the pizza restaurant downstairs allowed diners to sit directly in front of the apartment entrance. This sometimes made it awkward to enter and exit the building, as we had to ask people to move out of the doorway.

Location was excellent and safe. Lots of attractions, restaurants, shops and cafes close by.

Great location and clear check in instructions. Decor is nice with good facilities and plenty of space for a big group.

Was fairly clean but some parts needed attention. We saw a cockroach which was also unpleasant. We weren’t able to access the outdoor space due to the decking being broken.

The location was amazing and the facilities were fine.

An early check-in wasn't possible, which is fine, but when we got there at 15.30 the house wasn't cleaned at all. We arrived half an hour after check-in time and the cleaner still needed over an hour to clean. After the cleaner left we noticed crumbs all over the dining table, an empty bag of crisps under the bed and the dirty cushions from the living room chairs look like they haven't been washed in years. The host gave us a late check out to accommodate us, but at 10 am sharp the cleaners were still at the door. They left after an explanation, but we were disappointed that it was necessary. We arrived disappointed with the state of accommodation and left with disappointment. The holliday was amazing, but it would've been better if we stayed somewhere else, especially at this price
