Great location and perfect size for 5 people (family of 4 and grandmother).
So close to South Kensington station, supermarket and restaurants.
There was a bit of back and forth with messages to resolve the wifi not working. A tradesperson was sent over while we were out to try and fix it, and i was surprised to see him emerging from the bedroom when we arrived home as the modem was in the living room. This did make me feel a little uncomfortable.

Great flat in a great location. Large rooms and well equipped- we stayed with our two teenager children and there was plenty of room for us all
The only hesitation I have about booking again was the bed! Such a shame because the rest of the flat was great but the beds weren’t good at all - we aren’t heavy people but spent each night rolling into the middle!

Location was great, spacious house but the street was super noisy, where they started the work on the street at 5am for setting up a Saturday market. As the bedrooms are on the street side, it was hard to sleep!
Noisy street, smelly entrance and furniture worn out. heater didn't work either so we were very cold.
