Extremely well placed flat nicely kept close to underground and Royal Albert Hall above a pedestrian street with great eating places.

Excellent location. Nicely furnished

Kitchen is not very well stocked for the number of guests. Only 3 bowls, for example.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a lively bar right on the street at the entrance to the apartment. It’s conveniently close to the station and there’s a minimarket within easy reach. In the mornings you’ll find several cafés and bakeries offering coffee and pastries to start the day. The apartment itself has a spacious communal lounge, a large kitchen, and a dining room that’s perfect for groups to share meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Being close to Hyde Park, it’s ideal for a stroll or a run, making it a great spot for both relaxation and exercise.

The location is convenient, set in a lane full of restaurants, but during the summer it meant keeping the windows open, which made it very noisy. In the evenings and late into the night, sometimes until 2 a.m., there were constant voices from people outside. From around 6 a.m. the noise started again with staff collecting items from the restaurants. The freezer compartment of the fridge was not as clean as expected, and on arrival one of the curtains was broken. The sofa chair was also uncomfortable to sit on.

Location is excellent and the apartment has a good layout

Very weird to arrive in a three bedroom apartment to find no toilet paper, just paper towels in the bathroom beside signs saying don’t flush wipes in the toilet. No soap in any bathroom, no shampoo. Carpets need cleaning, mold in the ceiling in several places. Possible black mold on the grout around the upper bathroom bath. No grab bars in any bathroom despite very deep baths.
