The South Kensington Wonder - Trendy 3BDR House with Garden

It is in a great location, was very quiet. The beds whilst not massive were very comfy with lovely linen.

As expected in a well used property the high quality cream carpets have quite a few stains on them. Cleaning team need to pay more attention to the skirting boards-very dusty with some stains on them - other than that clean. The main issue was the water pressure-you cannot use more than one water source at a time. Tricky when 5 of you want a shower (there are 2) but only one can be used at any one time - it was obviously an issue with previous stay as management team sent someone round to sort but still was an issue.

The accommodation was exceptionally spacious and tastefully decorated, exceeding our expectations. It perfectly met our needs, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay in a great location...it was truly a home away from home

Die Lage ist top und das Haus an sich sehr, sehr schön.

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Jeder Gast muss vor Ankunft ein Foto seines Ausweises und ein Foto von sich mit dem Ausweis neben dem Gesicht einreichen. Find ich vollkommen überzogen und datenschutztechnisch bedenklich. Zudem muss man zustimmen, dass man während seines Aufenthaltes fremden Leuten Zugang gewährt für Besichtigungen, weil das Haus verkauft wird. Und zum Schluss muss man noch eine Kaution von 300 £ bezahlen, die man nur zurückbekommt, wenn man selbstständig nach drei Wochen nachfragt, wo das Geld bleibt.
