Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Direkt neben dem Füstenmarkt. Bäcker und Chinaimbiss ist im Haus und in der Nachbarschaft sind direkt die Restaurants Tossens zu finden. Zum Deichübergang sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Meter. Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen gesonderten Fahrradraum, direkt neben der Eingangstür. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls großzügig. In der Wohnung ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Gut ist das genügend Teller und Besteck vorhanden sind. Wir waren nur zu Zweit, deshalb konnten wir zum Schrankbett nichts sagen.
Die Lösung mit den Batteriebetriebenen Nachttischlampen ist etwas unglücklich. Da wirklich noch alles neu ist, geht von den Möbeln noch ein starker Geruch aus. Im Fahrradraum habe ich wenig Steckdosen zum Aufladen von Ebikes gesehen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Dachterrasse im 2OG, mit einem großen Bad mit Sauna und einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Saunaaufgüssen. Im Gebäude befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Ein Fahrradraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
WLAN befindet sich zur Zeit noch in Arbeit.
