Center Port Hotel Karaköy

The location is excellent to navigate your stay in Istanbul. Karakoy is flat and easy to walk. The tramline is just infront of the hotel (about 30 metres) and its very easy to commute to the old city but much better to stay this side for the evenings. Getting a taxi is also very easy from Opet Garage just infront of the hotel. The staff Yunus, Kerem, Weysel were kind and kept my luggage while I went for a short visit. There is an excellent Kebab place at the corner just near the hotel. Also next door is Starbucks. Galataport is a few minutes walk away. I recommend you try food at Siftah Kebap (nextdoor), Mahal Antep for baklava and kebab, Fasuli for local beans; rice and meat, Kikirik for Mante (Turkish Ravioli), Karakoy Gulluoglu for baklava.

Beds can be comfier but I would still return

Everything was excellent. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Galataport, restaurants, public transport, and many attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Excellent location, 15 minute walk from Galataport, walking distance to all the major attractions. Very friendly staff. Very clean. Lots of restaurants on the same street.

Stayed Friday and Saturday night. Lots of loud music from nearby bar on Saturday night until 3am. Not the fault of the hotel but wasn’t ideal with an early flight Sunday.

Location was perfect near the cruise port and near lots of restaurants and the light rail.

Didn't appreciate the Euro dance beat that started after we were asleep (after 10pm) and kept going all night until 4am. Literally rattled our room and kept us from sleeping most of the night. That's a deal breaker.
