Center Port Hotel Karaköy

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. Loved the coffee bar that they had in the lobby. Overall, great stay.

We were there on a weekend and heard the disco, but had a sound machine and it didn’t bother us.

Personal amabil, zâmbitor, cu răspuns rapid la solicitari. Hotel/Camera nou renovate, camera cu mobila noua,, moderna, curata, AC funcțional, apa calda la orice ora; acces pe baza de cartela, seif electronic. Apa/cafea gratuit in fiecare zi din partea hotelului.

Camera de 3 persoane este cam mica, nu este spatiu suficient pentru haine și bagaje. Ne.a trebuit atenție ca să nu ne împiedicăm printre pat și bagaje.

Die Lage in Karaköy ist ausgezeichnet und ideal, um Istanbul zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv fand ich die ruhige Lage meines Zimmers, trotz der zentralen Umgebung war von draußen kaum etwas zu hören. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich buche diese Unterkunft bei meinen Istanbul-Aufenthalten immer wieder gerne und wurde bisher nie enttäuscht. Insgesamt habe ich mich auch diesmal sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es gab nur einen kleinen Punkt: Im Badezimmer war keine Klobürste vorhanden. Vermutlich hat dies hygienische Gründe. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

We asked for the late check out, which was confirmed by night shift receptionist. Nevertheless, housekeeping knocked on our door even before the regular check out time. Confirmed with the other receptionist that the late check out was guaranteed by their colleague. And even after that we were forced to check out half an hour earlier than promised.
