La ubicación en primera línea de playa y bastante cerca del centro, con una terraza fantástica, vistas insuperables y muy práctica. La ubicación es perfecta. Además tiene garaje privado. En el edificio hay una piscina.
Le sigue haciendo falta modernizarse (utensilios, electrodomésticos y ventanas) y el aire acondicionado es algo justo, no enfría toda la vivienda. En la terraza habia unas pequeñas luces solares las cuales no funcionaban, una pena.

Terrasse gigantesque offrant une vue sur la mer et sur les terres.
Vue incroyable sur la côte et le chateau. Parking privé, un commerce en bas pour faire quelques courses ainsiq que quelques restaurants.
Propriétaire très réactif et agréable qui nous a rapidement solutionner un imprévu.
