Localización, terraza, zonas comunes.
Hay muchas cosas mejorables por un precio muy bajo: televisión, ventiladores, nevera, tendederos, enchufes, pestillos, sartenes y ollas, etc. Cosas que con una pequeña inversión mejorarían mucho el nivel del apartamento.

Location is brilliant and views of beach are almost an arm reach away.
I personally was content with the house when you overlook a few details that are manageable.
Facilities are old and worn. Some bulbs didn't work, bidet non functional and shower water decreased when other water in use.
But what must be highlighted is the absolute mosquito infestation in the house. Prepare some defenses because you will be butchered and awoken. I think this is due to swampy river close to house.

Las visitas, la piscina y el parking incluido
He pedido al establecimiento que revisen las instalaciones porque al deshacer mi equipaje, he visto un bicho que parece una chinche y los niños están con varias picaduras (adjunto fotos). Actualizaré en unos días. Pero si lo van a alquilar revisen bien
La casa normal, es muy básica pero como no pasamos en la casa me dio igual.
Las vistas hermosas, la piscina bien, el parking bien porque la zona es pagada para aparcar.
Lo que realmente vale la pena son las vistas.
