A bed and a shower...which we needed. It was fine. needs.

The proximity to the ferry port was very good. The beds were comfortable.

There were a lot of stairs, but no stair railing or banister. The layout was very strange. Wish there was a bathroom on each level with a bedroom.

Amazing property great value

The apartment is huge and freshly renovated. Separate washer and dryer as well as full kitchen facilities. Very close to the port. Amazing value

Close to ferry terminal but we don't plan to return

Great location for early morning ferry. The bedding was clean, the towels were clean, the property was secure due to the coded entry system. Very handy having a washing machine and dryer. The host was responsive when I needed to report an issue before leaving.

We found the back of the building with ease due to the photos advertised, but the back entrance was overgrown and it took a frustratingly long time to find the actual entrance which looks like a shop front. This wasn't helped by the pub next door having scaffolding up and it's signs blocked due to this. Using What3Words would be more helpful. The kitchen wasn't overly clean, with cutlery being dirty from previous guests due to no dishwasher being present. The kitchen was poorly fitted. The fridge and items in from previous guests.

Perfect location, amazing view. Only stayed night so it was great. Perfect for the Ferry.

Stairs with luggage, we are older and we were on upper levels. There are lower levels- this is not a complaint. Once luggage was up it was ok.

Staying in this historic building that looked like a castle but had every modern convenience made our vacation a delight

My family was absolutely delighted to get to stay in what we called “our castle for a night”. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. The convenience of a large modern bathroom was a bonus. The owners of this property are some of the sweetest people you will ever encounter. The fact that this property is so close to the ferry made catching the ferry in the morning a relaxed event.

Hidden Gem

Just wow a clean and spacious property that is well kept and looks just like the pictures it has everything you need for a comfortable stay looking right over the harbour the hosts message back straight away when needed . The beds were huge and comfortable and everything is new and well kept It even had a Alexa and good size televisions in both rooms and a well equipped kitchen area which was spotless We could of stayed longer and would definitely return A can’t believe the price of this property felt like a five star stay was home from home

Lovely place to stay, would definitely return!

There were 4 adults and 3 children staying in the property and its was very enjoyable! There’s an electric charging bay at the rear and plenty of parking. There’s space to drop off and unload at the front. WiFi worked great, they even supplied basics like tea and coffee and shower gel, towels etc… Lovely views of the port at the rear. No noise from neighbours. There’s a pub 3 doors down but we couldn’t hear any noise from that. Very clean and tidy and a tv in every room. Loads of places to explore nearby. Would definitely return!
