Good location with a spacious living area, well equipped kitchen, and a great upstairs bedroom layout
The location was convenient, but there are a few drawbacks to be aware of. The building has a distinct damp odor, and the basement bedroom is quite dark with limited ventilation. Additionally, be prepared for lots of stairs and a lack of storage , not enough hooks for your clothing.
