difficult to watch tele with positioning of sofas and chairs if more than 2 people. no table mats worried about table knives for cooking could be better A lot of furniture in master bedroom but very comfy

Well proportioned character property with well thought out accommodation with some extra touches. Size of rooms and bedrooms, well fitted kitchen with quality appliances. Large outside space with hot tub, plenty of parking.

Spacious secure clean tidy and very comfortable with wonderful views of unspoilt countryside and great facilities. The hot tub was a joy. The barbecue/outdoor eating table and warming outdoor fire in the garden perfect with plenty of fuel. The hammock a delight. We walked around breathing clean country air and felt at peace. The bedrooms were excellent…we were spoiled for choice. As were the bath and shower rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and was top quality. If you are bookish a glance at the hard backs in the living room told you all you needed to know…Dostoevsky, philosophy, poetry…oh and parking was no problem . Shops were a short drive away. We could go on and on. We loved it.

There was nothing we did not like. Even when we inadvertently closed the Yale lock door locking ourselves out, spare keys were a very short drive away. Our embarrassment was our only (self inflicted) downside. We learned the hard way to keep one set of keys safe and secure in the coded lock box.

The house was beautiful, spotless and the beds were very comfortable! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the Host gave us a very warm welcome !
