Mycket rent. Rummen är som marknadsförda.
Otydliga instruktioner om hur man får sitt Baselcard och hur man betalar stadens skatt som inte inkluderas i priset. För att låsa toan måste man använda en högljudd och otymplig nyckel (inte så kul på natten då de är mycket lyhört).

The kitchen
One of the reasons I booked this place was the complimentary city ticket. Unfortunately, my mom and I didn’t receive it until around 6 p.m. By that time, we had already paid for our bus tickets from the train station to the accommodation, so the city ticket was basically useless. It was really disappointing.
Another thing that bothered me was the number of rules posted everywhere. There were signs and notes telling guests what not to do in almost every area. Instead of feeling welcomed, it felt like we were constantly being reminded not to make mistakes.
