I liked having a full kit hen with w/d. Very handy. Nice to bring groceries in and not have to go out for every meal.
There was very loud people, cars, music, all night long. Kind of seems like people rent out for parties.

The garage was nice for safety reasons.
Not all that quiet. The garage was very tight and not easy to get in and out of.

Really nice and large place for family. The place make me feel like in a hotel, not in a house ( that is what I want from a house:) the host was friendly and helpful.
It was not super clean. It was obvious that noone vacuumed the floor. Right outside the house there were homeless people.
