Excellent location close to public transportation. Parking was painful, but the property is at the very center of Kallithea, next to the commercial street and the Cyprus plaza (coffee shops). The apartment was big, nice, with excellent taste on decoration!!!

The only thing that didn't work was the TV. But honestly, we didn't care at all!!!

It was very spacious apartment and very clean and comfortable for our family trip to Athens! Very stylish and loved the balcony!

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Good location with everything nearby — shops, cafés, supermarkets and the main street within walking distance.

The stay had several serious issues that affected our experience. Most importantly, the washing machine was not functional during the entire 5-day stay. We reported the problem early and were repeatedly told a technician would come, but no one ever came and nothing was fixed before check-out. As a result, I had to spend additional time and money using a public laundromat, which was especially inconvenient while traveling with two children. A working washing machine was one of the reasons we chose this apartment, so this was a major issue. Additionally, the listing stated the apartment had smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, but these safety devices were not present, which was concerning and did not match the description. Throughout the stay, we received repeated messages saying they were “there to help,” but unfortunately this was not reflected in practice, as the main issue remained unresolved for the entire stay.
