Constant loud barking dogs both in facing apartment and apartment few doors away still barking around midnight . apartment is supposed to be “ quiet time” after 10 pm but this is not the case. No 24/7 reception and so no one to help us and the property management company did not help either. No television that has channels working so we had to buy netflix to watch tv to drown barking dog noise. constant Building / drilling noise both inside and outside apartment building. Again the management company disinterested . Often did not reply for 3 days and then to say to us to call the police re noise and basically did not care. There was no warning or details of such building work or dogs and no offer to relocate us . booking.com did try to get the noclegi renters company to compensate us but the company did not respond to them they advised me. I have many videos of this horrendous noise to evidence it
