The location was great: close to the main attraction, convenient public transport.
The kitchen equipment is scarce for self-catering: cooking pans were not suitable for the fitted induction cooker, except only one - large pan.

Excellent shower & bathroom with washing machine. Very clean
Couldn’t get any WiFi, a little walk out of the centre but not too bad. Unfortunately neighbours were quite loud playing music 4/5am in the morning.

The holiday flat is well furnished, and the town centre is within easy walking distance; there are several tram stops right on the doorstep, making it very convenient to get to the main railway station.
Given the flat’s good transport links via a main road and several tram lines, visitors should be aware of this, particularly in the height of summer, when one wishes to sleep with the windows open... Very disappointing was the hosts’ communication: Two reports of problems sent to the two numbers provided received not a single word in response, even though the welcome message stated that I could contact them there at any time. Given this lack of attentiveness, I would not feel comfortable recommending the apartment to others.
