Gera lokaciją, galima buvo savo kojomis lengvai pasiekti miesto patį centrą. Draugiški gyvūnams. Paprastos ir aiškios instrukcijos. Butas tvarkingas ir švarus, moderniai įrengtas.
Vienintelis dalykas, kuris nepatiko, tai gasdinantys pranešimai su policija, jog mes buvome triukšmingi, nors mūsų beveik visos viešnagės metu net nebuvo bute, o grįžus po visos dienos trukusio žygio ir atvykus iš Lietuvos po 8 valandų kelionės mašina jau 10 valandą vakaro miegojome ir ruošemės žygiui. Gavus tokį pranešimą buvo labai nemalonų, kad net buvo baisu ir nemalonu grižti atgal į butą.
