Staff is simply awesome and very helpful. Ranjith was always prompt to respond on every request
Wifi was super slow for TV (even when no other device connected to wifi). AC is available in one room only. No fridge for any flat. They have in common kn ground floor. No hot water in Shower for all 3 days. Had to bath from cold water. Separate tap for hot water from internal geyser but nothing in bathroom to sit and take bath. Property us new and they should seriously work on missing things as mentioned. Luxury means all these amenities
