Large, spacious apartment in great location, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and right by lots of restaurants and shops - great for a large group. It's a few flights up but there is a small elevator. Good espresso maker and nice to have a full kitchen. Also has excellent AC and when we had questions, someone came over promptly to help.
Be sure to follow the email instructions in advance because you need codes to get in the main door- and then to get in the apartment door, there's a somewhat tricky (for us anyway) procedure using the lockbox-type system. (No keys.)

The location was amazing. It was an easy walk to the Colosseum and other historical monuments around the city. The street was quieter than expected and had many food and convenient store options. The host was extremely responsive and helpful!!

We liked the location being able to walk to the colosseum. Since it was so close we walked over at night to see it lit up in addition to going for our day tour. Had we been farther away we wouldn’t have done that.
Space was good for 12 of us. Apartment was clean but with bare feet I could feel the hard wood floors needed to be cleaned better. Lock getting into apartment was a bit tricky.
