L’appartamento è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort: 2 tv, lavatrice, aria condizionata in camera e in sala, frigorifero, piastre, forno a microonde, doccia ampia con 3 tipi diversi di getti d’acqua.

Dobra lokalizacja mieszkania na starym mieście, ale nieco z boku, co dawało ciszę. Bezpieczna okolica. Mieszkanie na parterze z samodzielnym wejściem prosto z ulicy. Stałe oświetlenie drzwi wejściowych. Mieszkanie klimatyzowane z pełnym wyposażeniem kuchni i łazienki - spokojnie i wygodnie mogą w nim mieszkać 4 osoby. Przy wejściu automatycznie zapalało się światło w mieszkaniu. Do niedużego dyskontu (np. Stokrotka ) około 200 m. Sklep samoobsługowy, zaopatrzony bardzo dobrze, z miłą obsługą. W pobliżu mieszkania około 100 m w jedną stronę bardzo dobra pizzeria a w drugą stronę lokalna trattoria - dobre jedzenie i oczywiście kilka barów z kawą i jedna piekarnia. Do przystanku autobusowego około 400m a do placu katedralnego około 1200m - centrum Katanii.
Niewielki minus to słaba wentylacja mieszkania - po wejściu trzeba było je wywietrzyć.

La comunicació va ser excel•lent i l’ajuda que hem rebut d’amfitrón. Está aprop del centre, 10-15 min caminant.
No estava tan net com ens agrada, però teniem de tot. N’hi havien formigeutes passejant, i formigues voladors a la paret.
