Casa Whitaker

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and prepared for our visit. Close to a large park which was great for walking the dog. About 30 minutes walk from the centre of Palermo and close to good restaurants and shops. The hostess was very helpful and keen to make sure we enjoyed our visit.

Un lieu cosy et bien placé dans Palerme. Relativement calme la nuit en ville. Grande surface au sol. L’accueil de notre hôte tres serviable et efficace.

Je suis grand et les chambres a l’étage sont trop basses de plafond pour moi.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with all the amenities listed. Very friendly and helpful host who was available at all times. Very nice bathroom with it’s own balcony. Authentic kitchen design, comfortable living room area, all quite freshly renovated and clean.

We had a group of quite tall people and the second floor was very low, had to keep our head down to move around which was a bit unusual. So anyone up to 177cm is ok, but starting from this height your head touches the ceiling. Thankfully only bedrooms are upstairs, so most of the time you spend downstairs which is fine :) Also the floors were very thin, when someone goes upstairs, it makes a lot of noise. When being in the bedroom, which is above bathroom, you can easily have a conversation with the person in the toilet without raising voice. You can even smell the shower gel from bed while asleep if someone showers since there are visible cracks on the floor. But! Those things came across as funny and didn't bother us much.

The apartment was great, location wise and amenity wise! Greta was a wonderful host and gave us many recommendations!
