The house was clean, spacious and really well presented. There are 5 single beds over 3 bedrooms all are well presented with good quality bedding. The location is perfect, 10 minute casual walk to the centre, 10 minutes drive to the race course and lakeside. There are plenty of walkable connivence stores including a Tesco express on the next street. Its worth noting that the house is on a street with restricted parking however the property offers off road parking for 2 cars.

There was nothing i didn’t like about the property however i would have liked to have been told before booking that a £250 deposit would need to be paid direct to the vendor and i would be required to sign a separate agreement. I felt uneasy about this because it was outside of the agreement with booking.com and therefore not covered by them. Please be upfront about having to pay additional costs, this was refunded within 2 days of my stay however not everyone will have that readily available and it would have been nice to have been able to factor that cost in.
