Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming; she answered all my questions and was very attentive. The entire place was spotless, and the communal kitchen was well-equipped and useful. Plus, the location is excellent, very close to many restaurants and shops.

As far as I could tell, there was only one shared bathroom, and someone occupied it for a long time without being mindful of others. More importantly, there are some safety issues in that bathroom that the owners should address immediately: having a light switch and a faucet/valve inside the shower itself is quite dangerous. At the very least, they should install a waterproof protective box over the switch to prevent accidents. Additionally, the bedroom could be improved with a few more details to make it more comfortable, such as adding a coat rack or hangers, more electrical outlets, and some nightstands or shelves to help organize luggage.
