Grand Hotel Betsy

Good neighbourhood and decently clean. Bed was long enough for taller people and relatively comfy, although the sheets felt very plasticy

It really should be listed as a motel. Did not feel super safe in terms of valuables. The safe did not work (was a known issue to them), and you could easily slide open the windows to enter the rooms. WiFi was sometimes down, and we did not have hot water for 1/3 showers. Location is safe, but quite far from the touristy spots in Miraflores. Overall, you can probably find a better stay for this rate.
