The amenities were great! Pool table, pink pong table, basketball game, the kids never got bored. Plenty of space for us and plenty of bedding and extra blankets. LOVED the kitchen and dining table area.
The floors were a little soft, the games were worn out (like only one pool stick was usable) but after so much wear and tear it’s expected.

Location was great in distance to everything, and parking area was easy to park in. Hosts are easy to reach and respond efficiently.
I expected more of a mountain feel. While the description stated it accommodated 24. It did but not planned out very well. Rooms that had full baths were not private and you had to go through someone's else's room to use the showers. So really only 2 rooms had some level of privacy. The lighting was a little hard to find the switches were in odd places. The table top light fixture in the game room did not work. Floors in kitchen and laundry felt loose under our feet and some places you could see it cracking. Water pressure was none existent in the 1st bathroom, water was always brown and their seemed to be a leak from the 1st bathroom into the first bedroom (carpet was moist and mildewy smelling). The outside jacuzzi area had no light that we could find, so it was dark beside the grilling area and picnic eating area which was a major bummer since we all wanted to hang out outside due to the weather being great. The bedroom adjacent to the kitchen with the full bath could not be used it was over taken with ants and the other full bath spicket and pressure was so off if sprayed outside the shower. I know we are in the great outdoors but some type of bird was wanting to come in to the cabin the 1st day and entire night and morning, pecking at the glass in font of the cabin (you could see the damage). For the amount of money spent I really expected more of a quality cabin, some timers for lights so that you don't come into a pitch black house, maybe some string lights in the back deck to enjoy it once the sun is gone if not that outer area/porch is useless. I wanted to love it but left VERY disappointed.
