Whether you choose to ski at Ober Gatlinburg, visit Dollywood, or watch wildlife trek through the woods from the deck, you're sure to have an unforgettable stay in this one-of-a-kind Tennessee hideaway.

After a day of hiking, retreat into the living room, light the wood-burning fireplace (October through April) melt into the leather recliner and watch cable tv on the flat-screen. You will be steps away from the fully equipped kitchen. The chef of the group will have everything needed to prepare their signature dishes.
Be sure to spend some time on the home's 2 decks during your stay. You'll be able to relax in the hot tub, search for bears in the distance, or simply marvel at views of Mount LeConte, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg from the comfort of 'Haus of the Rising Sun's' expansive decks. There is also a gas grill on the deck for when you wish to barbecue.
Both of the bedrooms offer flat-screen TV's with cable and plush king beds, making them the perfect places to rest your head after a day at Dollywood. The Peanut Butter Room also features streaming capabilities, a twin bed, queen pullout couch, and Jacuzzi tub!
If you need a break from outdoor adventures, spend an afternoon unwinding inside. With a 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV with cable and an electric fireplace, this room has everything you'll need for a fun family day! The views are spectacular, better than any of the paid attractions we went to around Gatlinburg (though they’re still fun). Came at the end of October and getting to look at the foliage in the hot tub was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The space was perfect for 4 friends and the owner was very responsive.

The view was amazing. Beautiful mountains by day and glittering city lights at night. The unit was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals. It was spacious and comfortable. We plan to stay here again next year.

Adorable street with good mountain views. In particular, I really loved how the second floor also had a living room.
