the location is perfect right on the beach and the strip, it was clean and comfortable.

The tub could be cleaner and the balcony furniture was falling apart. I was told I would receive a code to access the room at 4pm however after not receiving the code I contacted the host multiple times with no answer. I went downstairs to speak to the front desk people and security who were super kind and provided me with another number to contact. while waiting over an hour to get into the room there was another group of people in the lobby with the same issue! I finally got the code to my room and was not given an apology or explanation for the delay. I was able to check out an hour late which I appreciate however, I do feel that it was owed to me either way after such a hassle and lack of professionalism upon check in.
