The cleanliness and especially the views
The number of steps to climb up to the apartment . Luckily I was fit enough to do .

This apartment in Gruz is lovely with stunning views from the balcony. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well appointed with all the facilities for a great family holiday. The hosts at Dubrovnik Homes were very helpful and nice to deal with.
The apartment is located in an elevated location so walking to different destinations around Dubrovnik can be challenging without a rental car. However, we used UBER to get around quite a lot which averages around 10 euro per trip within Dubrovnik which for a family of four is good value. There are two double rooms so for families with older children who don't want to share, one needs to sleep on the floor in the sitting room. It would help if the sofa was a sofa bed.
