Bathroom no soap stand

From the moment you step into the hotel, you leave the hustle of the outside world behind. The warm hospitality and attention to detail make you feel truly looked after throughout your stay.  The staff were notably friendly, and the overall experience — from check-in to check-out — was smooth and pleasant.  The rooms were clean and spacious, with attentive room service that added to the comfort of the stay.  The hotel is well-located near White Town and within easy reach of key attractions like Sri Aurobindo Ashram and Pondicherry Museum, making it very convenient for sightseeing.  The recreational facilities — including the spa, sauna, steam room, and massage services — were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.  The multi-cuisine restaurant offered a wonderful variety of dishes, from Chettinad curries and Hyderabadi Biryani to Kerala Appam — a real treat for food lovers.  Complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, and helpful concierge services made the stay even more convenient. 

Did Not have Breakfast. Location is easily accessible. Nice and Comfortable Stay

No Valet Parking. If it had been there it could have been better

Parking, room size/cleanliness etc.

First, the room access card didn't work.. reported it and again it didn't work.. And it worked just when I was checking out!! The room had an inside door to the next room (permanently locked), but the sound from next room was clearly audible and disturbing... How can a 4 start hotel do this to their guests!
