Tastefully decorated rooms. Very clean. Breakfast was delish.
When we ran into a problem with our luggage at Pondicherry airport, the staff, especially Divya, the duty manager, made arrangements to help us out. Staff are pleasant, courteous and well trained.

Ambience, front lobby staff was excellent especially Ms Gayatri, ever helpful.
The restaurant service. There is a language problem. They seem to be inexperienced. Ms. Shabda was the only one who seemed to know what service means
It would have been good if Mr. Raghul spoke to customers since he was sitting in the restaurant and observing things

Great location
There was a continuous knocking sound from outside the room. Even after numerous complaint it’s not been sort out. A staff came told there is no sound at all and we have asked her to listen from inside the room then she said she going to sort it out but nothing was done. Totally uncomfortable stay ever
