We liked the excellent location, it was only 5 minutes walking from the nice Grottamare beach and 10 minutes to the center of San Benedetto del Tronto. The neighborhood was quiet and nice, and bakery, supermarket and nice small shops were around the corner. We also liked the comfort of the apartment on the ground floor with a nice terrace around the whole apartment. The apartment was spacious, and convenient with 2 bathrooms. David, the host, was very friendly and responded very quickly. San Benedetto is a perfect place to have everything in one hand: beaches with a blue flag sea, nice shops and city center, plenty of great Italian restaurants, and top situated to visit the beautiful Marches country side.
