The penthouse with its large terrace is in the lively and full of shops center of San Benedetto del Tronto and a 10 minute walk from the beaches.
Perfect for a vacation, but also for working remotely or for a family stay.
It is a bright and sunny apartment with a large terrace full of flowering plants and a shady pergola, on the fifth and top floor of a building in a quiet street.
The apartment has been renovated with great care in the choice of materials and furnishings.
The rooms are equipped with everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant holiday. The furniture, the colors, the materials give a pleasant "soul" to the house.
A large terrace offers pleasant hours and allows you to stay outdoors, under the pergola covered by straws and jasmine to read you can dine after a tiring day at the beach or drink a good glass of wine.
Two bikes are available on paymento of small fee.
The apartment is the welcoming refuge from which to leave in the morning to visit the many places of historical and naturalistic interest in the surrounding area, and where to return in the evening to relax. Thanks to its geographical position and thanks to its excellent railway and motorway connection, San Benedetto is the ideal starting point for day trips and for visiting the main historic cities of Piceno and central Italy. The nature of the three National Parks (Laga National Park, Sibillini National Park, Gran Sasso National Park) is one hour away.

This apartment was comfortable, clean, great space, brilliant location in the Centre of San Benedetto and best of all Lucia was friendly and a welcoming host who we found to be a wonderful, caring person. We felt like she was family, and we will definitely return.

The apartment was wonderful. Nicely decorated and enough space. The same for the terrace, with lots of flowers and the possibility to be in the sun or shade. Lucia gave us lots of tips what to do and where to eat and informed if everything was ok. We had a very good time in San Benedetto!

This was one of our favorite apartments, the views, the terrace, wish we could’ve stayed longer. The location was close to restaurants and the grocery store was right next door. We would recommend 21Gram restaurant for pizza. Everything about the apartment was ideal, very clean, our host Lucia explained everything, we enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. Highly recommend the rental.
