Uitstekende service en bereikbaarheid: er is altijd iemand aanwezig en ze reageren snel via WhatsApp. Het ontbijt met bánh mì is ontzettend lekker. Geweldige wasservice voor een scherpe prijs; de was rook heerlijk fris en werd buiten te drogen gehangen. Schone handdoeken en nieuw toiletpapier zijn op aanvraag direct te krijgen.
De kamers zijn wat aan de kleine kant (hoewel te verwachten bij een kleine homestay). Er is geen tussentijdse schoonmaak van de kamer. Weinig faciliteiten op locatie: er is geen bar of mogelijkheid om drankjes te kopen. De homestay ligt buiten het centrum, waardoor je echt een scooter of motor nodig hebt om ergens te komen.
