It was clean and I felt safe.

Nothing everything was great

The cleaning staff was running a little behind, so we couldn't get in until about 5 minutes after the check-in time, when the fob magically appeared in the lockbox! Check-out was super easy. Loved that there was a coffee pot and Cafe Bustelo. TV was great, as were the washer/dryer. Location was perfect for us as walkers and public transportation users. We took advantage of the rooftop deck for relaxing. Lots of nearby restaurants and bars, and a Whole Foods for groceries. Love that the Los Angeles Theater Center and Latino Theater Company are right down the street. Do not miss The Last Bookstore!

Had to buy toilet paper and paper towels, although someone did deliver toilet paper partway through our stay. Also wanted to buy some carpet tape to tack down the livingroom rug (tripping hazard).

Even though there was a slight hiccup with key access, the owner was very proactive and was able to get the situation sorted out as quickly as possible. The apartment is lovely, extremely comfortable and very clean and being a city girl, I loved the location in the heart of downtown, close to tonnes of restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. My only feedback would be if they could provide paper towels/ Kitchen towels to use in the kitchen, but apart from that, it was pretty much perfect. I'd definitely stay again.
