→Only registered guests are allowed to check in to the building. Any visitors that are not registered will be denied access.
→The free parking key card is located inside the unit. Feel free to park in the loading zone in front of the building for a few minutes to grab the key card.
Guest have access to the entire unit as well as the amenities: Rooftop pool, Jacuzzi, Rooftop Cabanas, Gym, and BBQ Grill.
→ Smoking Cigarettes or Marijuana is prohibited
→ No Animals Please, I am highly allergic to animal dander

Excellent modern rental apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. I was there four nights. Rough neighborhood with homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks near to the hotel and the streets are deserted at night. Good central location for LA Live and Peacock Theater. Security men at front door were not always available to let you in, but that was a minor inconvenience. The front door of the rental apartment had a camera which was an indicator about the neighborhood. Owner had good communication.

Cool DTLA property. Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. Otherwise, very centrally located property, great for experiencing variety of areas throughout LA.
