The indoor furnishings, amenities, and comfort are truly superb. The apartment is spacious, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, offering everything you could possibly need inside.

Right from the start, I was unpleasantly surprised to find no parking space in front of the property. I had to contact the host to find out that there was a spot further away on a side street, which made carrying the luggage frustrating. Furthermore, communication was conducted exclusively in German. Although the complex basically consists of two apartment buildings, the outdoor relaxation and smoking area is very tiny-consisting of just one table, two chairs, and an ashtray. What bothered me the most were the house rules left in the room. I usually read the house rules on Booking.com before booking, and if these rules had been listed there, I would have thought twice before choosing this place. The damage clause is exaggerated and absurd, stating that you are liable for third parties even without your consent. The check-out requirements are also excessive for a single-night stay, such as being forced to completely empty the dishwasher by 10:00 a.m. To make matters worse, I found dishes inside the dishwasher that were not even used by us. These rules seem tailored for long-term stays, not for a tourist in transit. Unfortunately, even though the interior is top-notch, I did not feel comfortable due to these pressures and will most likely not return.
