Modern Apartment - Am See

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich.

Für uns als Messebesucher leider sehr weit, sonst top gelegen!

The house is very spacious and located in a very quiet neighborhood. The U-Bahn line is just a 6-minute walk away, and from there you can reach the city center in no more than half an hour. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the cleanliness is impeccable! The lighting in the evening can be either functional or atmospheric. There is also a walk-in closet, which is very convenient...

This house could have received a much higher rating, but the following issues apply: The main problem is that the shower drain does not absorb the water properly, which creates an unpleasant experience. The owner sends you a message about an unpleasant smell coming from the sewage system (as the house is located below street level). This issue can be temporarily resolved with some home remedies suggested by the owner and mainly by keeping the bathroom ventilator constantly on — as the owner recommends. However, during the first couple of days, this problem might be unbearable for guests! I honestly wonder why the ventilator is not kept on all the time. Additionally, the mattress is uncomfortable and definitely needs replacement — as does the pillow... Both important for guest experience. All these points are very important and should be taken into consideration by the owner, as they do an injustice to this otherwise beautiful house.
