Die schnelle Reaktionszeit und die Verfügbarkeit des Gastgebers. Die gut ausgestattete Küche, sowie die Nähe zu High Class Event (wir waren zur Hochzeit dort). 25 min zu Fuß zur Location. Netter Spaziergang.
Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.

Innen komplett neu renoviert. Sehr sauber.
Das Haus braucht außen dringend eine Renovierung. Aber das wird wahrscheinlich bald passieren, denn innen ist es bereits komplett neu ausgebaut..

Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut. Auf Nachfrage haben wir Handtücher und einen Haartrockner bekommen und man war mit den Öffis gut angebunden und schnell in der Stadt. Alles war sehr sauber und neu. Küche war neu und recht gut ausgestattet.
Leider konnte man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln, weshalb es schon um 5 Uhr hell im Zimmer war. Dazu kam, dass die Türen alle klemmten und die ganze Nacht durch immer wieder Türen knallten, weil man sie nicht leise schließen konnte. Eine erholsame Nacht war es dadurch leider nicht.
