Nice place with a fantastic Indian restaurant / takeaway at the end of the road! Beds, pillows, linen etc wonderful. Nice little sheltered garden for sitting out

The area sadly let it down...quite scruffy - we didn't feel unsafe, it just wasn't very appealing. It is also a long walk into town and there are no restaurants other than the little Indian any nearer.

Accessible on the cooking, washing machine, TV/Netflix. Beds are comfy to sleep on.

The bedrooms could be stuffy as there was no air conditioning in each room, especially when it was summer, the rooms could be too hot.

The rooms are facilities are new and clean.

The only issue we had is the way your online supporter or the call answer staff present him as arrogant and rude to us. He handed up impatiently our phone complaining that we could not manage to open the HI TECH lock after 40 minutes trying in the freezing cold and dark evening outside our rented room. He forced us to send him a video how we tried to open the door. Weird enough, he took only 1 minute to reply and tell us to go and see from the point of 2 minutes and 17 second the demo video he posted in his email. Obviously he had been quite familiar and so experienced with this lock problem of customers complaining that he already knew from exactly which part of the demo video that tells how to open the lock, but instead of putting it clearly in the prior notice and instruction, a vague message was given to the coming customer, and he enjoys that we beg him for help while pointing out how stupid we were. We would not think of using this guy if we were the business owner. Thank you.
