Een authentiek verblijf met genoeg ruimte.

Fijn dat er extra ruimtes waren; een kleine pantry met gratis koffie en thee en een eetzaal waar we gezamenlijk konden ontbijten.

Er waren geen horren voor de ramen en de eerste nacht hadden we heel veel last van muggen omdat we het raam open gezet hadden. (Ondanks dat het midden oktober is.) Met zijn vieren op 1 kamer slapen vraagt eigenlijk om frisse lucht, maar we hebben de ramen na die eerste ervaring toch maar dicht gelaten.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Die Lage nahe Chiemsee.

Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist dürftig, es war nicht sehr sauber. Unterm Dach war es sehr heiß, eine Klimaanlage wäre dringend zu empfehlen. Lüften durch die Dachfenster war wegen fehlender Fliegengitter nicht möglich: Vieeeele Mückenstiche waren unausweichlich! Die lieblos aufgestellten Kleiderschränke waren teilweise ohne Türen, die standen daneben. Die Steckdose im Bad hatte gar keine Abdeckung, sehr gefährlich! Wir haben abgebrochen, immerhin war der Vermieter entgegengekommend und hat das Geld für die nicht in Anspruch genommene Nacht erstattet. Der Vermieter war NICHT vor Ort und kannte wohl den Zustand der Wohnung nicht, für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Parfait pour quelques nuits proches de Chiemsee

La décoration de la chambre et les balcons fleuris sont magnifiques Le fait qu'il y ait une cuisine partagée avec une machine à café, bouilloire, et évier c'est super ! Mais nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi il n'y avait pas de tasses du tout pour pouvoir en profiter. Et il y avait un micro ondes , mais pas d'assiettes. Heureusement on avait pris des gobelets en plastique et des assiettes en plastique pour manger des choses froides. Il y avait aussi un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain mais nous n'avons pas trouvé de prise de courant dans la salle de bain pour le brancher. Dommage. Sinon les voisins étaient discrets quand ils étaient à l'intérieur et c'était sympa de discuter avec d'autres occupants.

Le réveil par les travaux juste devant mais c'est la vie !

Leider war in dem sehr kleinen, aber freundlichen Zustand kein Platz für eine Toilette. So musste ich die allerdings frisch renovierte Toilette auf dem Flur benutzen.- hatte ich wohl bei der Buchung übersehen 😏

Horrible room and stay

Awful. . Tiny narrow room for us and granddaughter. Wooden panelling on a loft roof. Tiny bathroom, 3 couldnt sit on the balcony, so narrow. Kitchen on a floor beneath or ground floor with breakfast room. Fridge shared. Totally hot, uncomfortable, awful room. Granddaughter had a horrible fold down sofa with a huge dip in the middle so she could not sleep unless we gave hr one of our duvets to sleep on. Smelt the cow dung container in front of the property. Huge amount of midgy bites and couldn’t sleep for the heat. Don't go there!

Sehr schöne Gegend.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und genug Platz. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, zwecks Durchreise.

Wir konnten vor lauter Lärm mitten in der Nacht kaum schlafen. Neue Gäste die in der Nacht angereist sind haben gar keine Rücksicht auf andere genommen. Lautes Geschrei und hoch und runter rennen auf der Treppe. Dadurch sind wir mit schlechter Laune und müde morgens abgereist.

Sonnige Tage in einem wunderbaren Bauernhaus

Das Haus steht in einem schönen und lebendigem kleinem Dorf, als wir da waren gab es gerade Dorffest mit Blasmusik und Trachten, wie in einem Heimatroman. Wir haben abends und morgens vor dem Haus am alten Holztisch gegessen, die üppigen Pflanzen und die Berge bewundert. Wir konnten in der geräumigen Küche kochen und im Zimmer mit Bauernmöbeln prima schlafen. Urig, freundlich, heimelig. Bayern von der schönsten Seite. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Super flexibler und netter Gastgeber, sehr angenehme Kommunikation und schnelle Hilfe - top! Auch die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt und alles war sauber, vor allem das Bad, auch wenn das schon etwas älter war. Es gab eine gut sortierte Gemeinschaftsküche und einen einladenden Gesellschaftsbereich. Das Örtchen ist wunderschön und das Grundstück des Gastgebers steht dem im nichts nach. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Fijne overnachtig, net compleet appartement!

Prachtige accommodatie. Badkamer was als nieuw. Overal aan gedacht. Wij waren er maar een nachtje (op doorreis) maar hadden we gerust nog wat nachtjes kunnen blijven.

Het ligt wel in een rustig dorpje maar met de auto ben je binnen 10 a 15 min zo op verschillende plekken.

Schöner gemütlicher Hof in der Natur

Eine Ferienwohnung ist es zwar nicht direkt. Je nachdem, was man bucht, bekommt man ein Doppelzimmer ohne Küche. Eine kleine Küche ist im 1. OG, im EG eine große Küche mit Kochplatte, Kühlschrank und Essbereich. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Nebenan befindet sich ein Bauernhof, wo ab und an mal bissle "Landluft" herüberweht. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Restaurants gibt's auch einige in ca 5-10 min zu Fuß.

Im Bad haben wir keine Steckdose gefunden.

Im Badezimmer, keine Steckdose. Kabel bei Trockner zu kurz um sich im Badezimmer sehen. 2 Versteckte Steckdosen ohne richtigen für den Stecker Halt. Sollten ausgetauscht werden. Kein Internet bzw. sehr schwach. Ohne Hilfe Nachbarn könnte ich bei sehr schwachem Internet die Codierte Schließboxen nicht öffnen. Die Information konnte ich erst am nächsten Tag im meiner Post lesen. Es wäre nicht schlecht einen Verlängerungskabel mit mindestens 3 Steckdosen für ein Zimmer zusätzlich ausstatten.
