Needed a place to take a break after a long car ride.
We came pretty late and made the reservation 10 minutes before arrival, but they had self check-in. All the info was sent on both mail and booking.com I really liked the place and location. So pretty with flowers planted in a bunch of places.

Rural n very quiet. Restaurants were within walking distance with great food n good value
It is a good distance from Munich but Salzburg was 30 minutes away.

Horrible room and stay
Awful. . Tiny narrow room for us and granddaughter. Wooden panelling on a loft roof. Tiny bathroom, 3 couldnt sit on the balcony, so narrow. Kitchen on a floor beneath or ground floor with breakfast room. Fridge shared. Totally hot, uncomfortable, awful room. Granddaughter had a horrible fold down sofa with a huge dip in the middle so she could not sleep unless we gave hr one of our duvets to sleep on. Smelt the cow dung container in front of the property. Huge amount of midgy bites and couldn’t sleep for the heat. Don't go there!

Die Zimmer sind sehr urig eingerichtet und mit Holz vertäfelt. Unsere beiden Zimmer hatten Balkon und sogar eine kleine Sitzmöglichkeiten darauf. Im ersten Stock gab es einen großen, gemütlichen Aufenthaltsbereich.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, die Bäder noch kleiner! Wenn im Bad die Lüftung an ist, dann schlafen nicht zu denken. Wir hatten keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt mit den Wirten. Das fand ich sehr unpersönlich.

Een authentiek verblijf met genoeg ruimte.
Fijn dat er extra ruimtes waren; een kleine pantry met gratis koffie en thee en een eetzaal waar we gezamenlijk konden ontbijten.
Er waren geen horren voor de ramen en de eerste nacht hadden we heel veel last van muggen omdat we het raam open gezet hadden. (Ondanks dat het midden oktober is.) Met zijn vieren op 1 kamer slapen vraagt eigenlijk om frisse lucht, maar we hebben de ramen na die eerste ervaring toch maar dicht gelaten.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Die Lage nahe Chiemsee.
Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist dürftig, es war nicht sehr sauber. Unterm Dach war es sehr heiß, eine Klimaanlage wäre dringend zu empfehlen. Lüften durch die Dachfenster war wegen fehlender Fliegengitter nicht möglich: Vieeeele Mückenstiche waren unausweichlich! Die lieblos aufgestellten Kleiderschränke waren teilweise ohne Türen, die standen daneben. Die Steckdose im Bad hatte gar keine Abdeckung, sehr gefährlich! Wir haben abgebrochen, immerhin war der Vermieter entgegengekommend und hat das Geld für die nicht in Anspruch genommene Nacht erstattet. Der Vermieter war NICHT vor Ort und kannte wohl den Zustand der Wohnung nicht, für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

Parfait pour quelques nuits proches de Chiemsee
La décoration de la chambre et les balcons fleuris sont magnifiques Le fait qu'il y ait une cuisine partagée avec une machine à café, bouilloire, et évier c'est super ! Mais nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi il n'y avait pas de tasses du tout pour pouvoir en profiter. Et il y avait un micro ondes , mais pas d'assiettes. Heureusement on avait pris des gobelets en plastique et des assiettes en plastique pour manger des choses froides. Il y avait aussi un sèche cheveux dans la salle de bain mais nous n'avons pas trouvé de prise de courant dans la salle de bain pour le brancher. Dommage. Sinon les voisins étaient discrets quand ils étaient à l'intérieur et c'était sympa de discuter avec d'autres occupants.
Le réveil par les travaux juste devant mais c'est la vie !
