Close to beach, amusements, shops etc. nice & quiet

Some areas need some attention. The bathroom is quite tired. Rusty shower rail, the seel needs replacing round bath, stickers are dated and not complete. The info pack could do with info on the electric meter would have been appreciated (how to work it etc), I emailed the the owner a few times but never had a reply. The WiFi was pointless.

The chalet has all the facilities that you need for an enjoyable holiday, even having Wi-Fi, albeit quite slow, which is not available in most accommodation that I looked at. It is located quite close to the site entrance and there is ample car parking available. The site is excellent and has pubs, arcades and places to buy meals and groceries. The chalet was spacious enough for the four of us. The bedrooms are suitably large and there are enough wardrobes and drawers to store clothes. The beds were very comfortable! Energy is provided via a coin-fed box which takes one and two-pound coins. I think we only used £3 over five nights. The walk to the main stretch at Hemsby is only fifteen minutes and the beach is only another couple of minutes away.

There were quite a lot of cobwebs and spiders inside the chalet. We evicted them gently! We found a couple of mouse droppings in the kitchen area and the front curtains were mouldy along the bottom. Other than this, the general cleanliness was ok - sinks, bath, floors etc.

Easy to find good location easy to get to every where

Needs a good clean, needs updating the sliding doors didn’t slide well, everything looks tired and dated.I tried to hoover as there was a lot of dog hair on the carpet but the hoover hardly sucked. Cooking utensils were flimsy. Found crumbs in the bottom cupboard and a couple of mice droppings in the empty bottom drawer so didn’t put anything in it
