Ni s-a perceput un depozit drept garanție(220 euro) cand ne am facut check-in de care nu am știut de la început. La finalul sejurului am primit mesaj sa ne spălăm vesela si tot ce am folosit plus sa ducem gunoiul ca să evitam sa ne fie luați din banii de garanție. Canapeaua din sufragerie a fost destul de murdara in rest am găsit curățenie si in bucătărie era tot ce aveai nevoie.

The property felt very safe. This apartment was in brand new condition and was very clean.

The toilet needs to be secured, as it rocks. The toilet seat wobbled around with no way to tighten it. They need to supply paper towels and cleaning supplies to be left under sink.

Location is great, 3 to 4 breakfast cafe and also quite a number of nice restaurant and shopping place for groceries. Primary school is around the corner so in the morning will see quite alot of local neighbours walking about. If you like to see their way of life, then good place to stay.

Keyless, using phone apps. So beware of people with phone died during visiting during stay. Needless to say, need pay deposit first before entering, which is troublesome, should check email earlier, they gave u many emails and so troublesome, should all in 1 email instead of a few. Not for last minute people while accessing credit card and called the customer service infront of the property and paying deposit coz did not check needing a deposit. Cleaniness on the sofa is horrendous, i have to clean it myself. I sent the pictures to them and got no feedback at all. Top shelves in the cupboard and under the bed full of dust. they are lucky, i cleaned it for them

Nice apartment and good location(close to attractions by metro). Good cleanliness.

Very small washbasin in toilet.
