Nice and spacious apartment. Clean and well equipped. Good neighborhood., close to metro, good variety of restaurants near by.
Zero phonic insulation. Boiler too small for a 4 persons apartment. Extra charge for late check in, even tho we asked for self check in.

Walking distance from the Stotify Camp Nou. The area was calm, safe, and full of shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.

What I liked most was the location. You can walk 6 minutes to Diagonal, there are many bus connections if you want to go to Paseo de Gracia, Plaza Cataluna, Las Ramblas, etc. It's also very close to Camp Nou, either by foot or by bus.
What I didn't like was the cleaning wasn't thorough, as they only cleaned superficially and made sure everything was in order. We are allergic and were breathing in lint for about 12 days I was there. My daughter had a severe allergic reaction to the dust. I had to go to the doctor, and they diagnosed a lung infection. I was on medication. I bought an air purifier, and the filter filled with white lint. It was so fine and so thick, it was almost impossible to touch. The AC, doesn’t work properly at least in summer was terrible.
I want to make the following clear. I spoke with the manager, and she told me "it is what it is, if you don't like it, you can find another place"... customer service is the worst, but overall this only happens in Spain. Upon hearing this, I decided to make a reservation at a hotel where I usually stay. Luckily, there were rooms available. I had a reservation to leave in the next two days. Once I spoke with her again, she decided to clean everything that was dirty and use ozone air, so when I entered the house I could feel the deep cleaning and air. Note that they only offered this twice since by staying for many days I already had one free.
