Beechcroft 2 bed part house

Comfortable house with plenty of well thought through space. Fully equipped kitchen. Like home from home. Great location - bakery and pub nearby, and easy car parking a bonus. The Tamar valley has so much history and the rivers and woods are beautiful to explore.

Personal preference would be for firmer mattresses which were a little too soft for us.

Lovely apartment with 2 amazing hosts! The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we could need and more. It truly was a home away from home. Julie and Steve were so helpful with anything we needed, great recommendation's for things to do and even helped us with some after sun for my son when they really didn’t have to. Our only upset was when they got a booking for the following day as that meant we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you so much for a great stay and we will most definitely be back!

Steve and Julie were very welcoming and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed. The flat was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is prefect for visiting places in both Cornwall and Devon.

The property is clean and tidy

Not suitable for families with kids. This is a shared/part house, and the owner frequently disturbs tenants if children make any noise. They especially tend to knock on the door from their side of the house whenever kids are playing or making normal sounds, which can feel uncomfortable and stressful for families.
