Little gem of a find. Especially if you drive an EV

Had a wonderful stay. EV charger available and easily usable. (7kw/h). Saved us an absolute arm and a leg at £10 for a overnight charge. Public charging would have been far far more. Nice family run accommodation. All very friendly. Location great for day tripping all over Cornwall. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Wifi was good. Didn't spend a lot of time in the accommodation as we spent most days out exploring. But the smart tv with apps was useful in the evening when we were all winding down before bed. Would we return?.... yes absolutely.

We liked everything. Space in the kitchen was a bit challenging however there was enough room to cook basic meals for 5. The multi cooker and hobs worked well.

Welcoming and friendly hosts and warm comfortable beds.

Our host was friendly, approachable and helpful. The property was wheelchair friendly and the bathroom was also very accessible and ideal for my daughter who uses a wheelchair. Tracy kindly supplied us with a shower seat.

There was nothing that we didn't like but a couple of plugs with USB ports would have been useful for charging our phones.

Exceptional

Last minute booking., so took owner's by surprise a little. I was able to enter the accommodation before the owner arrived, with a bottle of milk! The owner has put together a very comprehensive pack for 'local' information. The Studio is intended for use by families, with two Doubles and a bunk. The walk in shower is a delight to use. Overall highly recommended.

As with most of Devon / Cornwall the Post code covers a very large area, so locating was just a little difficult, but a quick call to the owner solved that.

Comfortable studio apartment in good location.

Ultra friendly owners determined to help on arrival and settling in. The "basics" provided were a really nice touch. Parking adjacent to the studio and very safe feeling. Roomy and comfortable open-plan "through room". Very comfortable large bed. Situation good for exploring this area and close to Plymouth for continental ferry. Would happily stay here again.

Virtually no Wi-fi signal. Tiny kitchen area very difficult to organise. And -- wet rooms are a real pain!

1 night stay

We met Tracy and we were delighted to be introduced straight away, the message before to welcome us was also a nice touch. Tracy also supplied extra biscuits, fresh eggs and also some fresh apple juice. The room was big and the location was perfect, we were visiting friends in Tavistock.

Nice and clean, lovely friendly hosts and everything you need! The fresh eggs were delicious! Thank you for the toys, cot and baby bath- really useful! My little boy really enjoyed the swing in the woods.

A very enjoyable short break in delightful accommodation.

Main room and bathroom were spacious and 'disabled-friendly' and Hosts were friendly/welcoming. Although we didn't take advantage of optional breakfast/evening meal, good supply of tea/coffee, milk and fresh eggs provided for our use.

Lovely stay at the Studio - Callington Cornwall

The studio is extremely well laid out with excellent facilities ideal for not only a couple but also for a family. The studio was exceptionally clean and warm with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Hosts Tracey and Jon were very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. We opted for half board and the food was presented at a very high standard and sourced locally with an extensive menu to cover all personal requirements. We had our own undercover parking space opposite the studio which made loading/unloading very easy. Overall it was a lovely break in a beautiful area Thank you Russ and Cate Stevens
