Very bright, large, clean and freshly renovated accommodation, with no signs of wear or damage. The location is perfect, both for walks and for enjoying the sea view from the balcony.
Parking was never a problem either. You can usually find a spot on the street. Parking is paid from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. This is very convenient if you already have the appropriate app, Happy Parking. However, it is only available/known in France, so make sure to download it beforehand.
Alternatively, you can use the excellent Wi-Fi provided by the accommodation to access the app.

Situé au-dessus de la plage, parking dans la rue. Les 2 climatiseurs salon et chambre, très appréciées !

A 5 minutes en voiture des lieux d'intérêts de Monaco.
Pharmacie, docteur, supermarché tous situés au même endroit à 2 km (testés et pratiqués !).
Les 300 marches pour aller à la plage, mais ça se fait même par 38°C !
