1. You can sleep, take a shower, and rest for a bit there. However, I can’t imagine staying in the room the whole day like I usually would during a holiday.
2. The place is located near two universities, so I believe the main target audience is students (especially part-time students who may need to be on campus for exams). The room is equipped with at least two big tables, which are suitable for studying. I might not be the right fit for this type of accommodation.
1. The room is smaller than expected.
2. I stayed on a higher floor, and there was bird droppings everywhere. The building seems to be a resting spot for birds. When I arrived around midnight to check in, there were hundreds of birds on the upper floors, perched wherever they could. It was quite an unpleasant sight when entering the property.
