I really like how easy I am reaching this apartment from havais bus stop in taksim. It’s so close to basically everywhere and I had a good time staying at that place because they even stock detergent for laundry. How considerate

It would be nice if there’s lift in those apartment. I have hard time carrying my luggage cause it was on the third floor

Проживали в квартире 16 дней. Квартира к этому была не совсем готова :D Квартира, расположенная рядом с площадью Таксим, на относительно тихой улочке в трёх минутах до неё. В квартире доставало всего для проживания семьи с ребёнком 4ёх лет. В квартире также работали, удобно было это делать за обеденным столом. Хозяин квартиры отвечал быстро, помогал по вопросам интернета, который дважды отваливался, а также предоставлял в пользование пылесос и швабру (в апартаментах их нет). Большая кровать, втроём убирались с комфортом. Телевизор почти не пригодился, но он есть. Стиральная машина снаружи, стоит рядом с дверью в подъезде. Квартира чистая, полотенца выдали всем взрослым, ребёнку не досталось по неизвестной причине.

Не видовая квартира. Квартире очень не хватает совка и простой щётки, а также половой тряпки! Очень! Иногда отваливается интернет, но не часто. В остальном он стабильно хороший. Одна комната проходная, а другая "почти" изолированная, так как между ними нет двери. Кухня маленькая, зато стоит отдельно. А вот проход в туалет через кухню - и неудобно и негигиенично.

You get what you pay for. For a 3-night stay, it was fine. The area is nice, vibrant, and has great transport links. The location is still very good, with access to the M1 (around 7 minutes away), which connects to the Grand Bazaar and Süleymaniye Mosque, and the F1, which connects to Kadıköy port to reach the Asian side of Istanbul. From these stops, you can also take the tram to the Fatih area. The Havabus from the airport stops about a 10-minute walk away, and Istiklal Street is less than 7 minutes away on foot. Hot water is available throughout the day and the water pressure is good. A small bottle of shampoo was provided along with coffee, tea, and water sachets.

I wouldn’t stay there for longer, mainly because the flat feels quite outdated and the house and furniture are old. However, the flat is slightly secluded from the centre, and there is a steep slope and a few stairs to reach the street where it is located. The bedroom was not very comfortable to fully stand in, and my boyfriend (167 cm) bumped his head on the ceiling. There is no separation between the shower, toilet, and basin, so the bathroom can get wet easily. You can also hear the prayers from the nearby mosque, which may be noticeable at certain times of the day.
