This place was the perfect place to stay after a long flight. The staff was fantastic (Jemima especially was so sweet and kind!) and the place was well run. The location is very good - not too far from the airport, very good roads getting there and right across from the zoo. Also the lake view was so pretty! I look forward to coming back at the end of my trip. Thanks guys!

The location, the staff especially Jemimah made us feel so at home and was very responsive, value for money, the breakfast and the garden. oh plus the birds :) and the fact that you could walk to the zoo and the mall.
The shower experience - most days it was too cold, there was no water pressure or it was too hot, there's no shower curtain and proper bathroom mat!

The staff were excellent. They were very helpful and even specially cooked us a lunch when we arrived. The lunch and the breakfast were both excellent. They even gave us a "breakfast" as a dinner as we had to leave very early the next day. The location is close to the zoo (which is not great) and the botanic gardens.
However, on the negative side, the accommodation is very tired and desperately needs renovation. Everything worked just well enough but repairs were needed. Also there were blackouts on occasions and they had no back up power. A lot of flies come in at night attracted by the lights and the fly screens are defective.
