It was super cute, clean, and in a really nice location.
I liked all of it (although I do with those bungie chairs were in the closet).

Location was very close to downtown Golden and walkable from CO school of Mines. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and some spices, which is helpful. There's a porch with place to sit outside, too. The shower water was warm and there were plenty of towels and washcloths! There are also a few random trial size bottles of toiletries but these seem to be left by others so bring your own!
The apartment was freezing when we arrived and we hunted around to find the single baseboard heating unit. It took almost 4 hours for the place to warm up, so we put all those spare blankets to use and snuggled up. Also, the cable took about 2 hours to "warm up" --kept pixelating and going dark (not a huge deal but we wanted to watch Thanksgiving Day games). Be aware, there's room for 2 people MAX. There was no extra chair for our son to have Thanksgiving lunch with us so we ate 2 at the table and one on the couch. We texted the owner to ask about these issues, but never got a response but it was a holiday weekend. It worked out but just things to keep in mind.

Very charming, right by downtown shops and restaurants, quick walk to Mines campus. I stayed here for friends and family weekend so I could be near my daughter.
