Location was amazing! You could hear the joy and delight of Dollywood from the parking lot! It’s right by all the action!! It was also very spacious and clean!
There is only ONE assigned parking spot. The booking.com listing said “free parking”. We WERE able to find additional parking on site so it worked out well, but the staff I was texting did not seem knowledgable of the parking lot enough to know there was a small amount of additional parking. I wish they would have said on the listing ONE spot guaranteed and additional parking upon availability.

It was clean. Good location from the parkway.
The parking was horrible. When our spot got taken from someone from the other end of the property I called and emailed and got a response from emailing saying we could park at 2 different places that was 1.5 and 2.0 miles away. Who pays that much to have to park that far away and walk. That email was shocking to say the least. Not enough parking at all and the property has a lot of spaces blocked off and you will be towed if you park there . Mattresses need replaced desperately!
